Orépit Postnatal is looking for caring and attentive postpartum support workers to assist new families directly in their homes throughout Montreal and the surrounding areas we serve.

As a postpartum support worker, you will help make daily life easier for parents following the arrival of their baby. Your role is to provide a reassuring presence and practical support tailored to each family's needs and routine.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support to parents during the postpartum period.
• Assist with the care and supervision of babies or young children as needed.
• Help parents enjoy periods of rest and recovery.
• Assist with light daily tasks related to the family's well-being.
• Respect the routines, instructions, and preferences established by the parents.
• Maintain a calm, safe, and reassuring environment.
• Maintain discretion and respect each family's privacy.

What We Are Looking For

• A caring, patient, and attentive personality.

• Ability to work independently in families' homes.
• Comfort and confidence around babies and young children.
• Experience in home support, childcare, or family assistance is considered an asset.
